Yes. If you don't know who the reviewer is (based on their name and/or what the review said), it sounds like it's a fake review... which means we can work to get it deleted.
When submitting your order, simply type in "fake review" in the "Notes & Comments" box.
You do not need to provide any evidence if you don't have any.
A fake review is a fake review.
