How do I provide evidence?
Updated this week

Evidence is never required in order to sign up for our "Delete Yelp Review" service.

However - if you have evidence you believe will help us get a review deleted, you can provide it 2 different ways:

  1. While Signing Up - When you are on the checkout screen, you will see a text area titled "Notes & Comments". This is where you can provide any written evidence you might have (files can not be uploaded during checkout).

  2. On Your Order - After your order is placed, you can add or upload evidence by clicking on the big "Add/Upload Evidence" button.
You are also able to upload a PDF, ZIP, JPG, or PNG file.

Types of evidence that might be helpful:

  • Proof of Employment - If the reviewer is a former employee and you can prove it with a document.

  • Photos or Videos - If the reviewer claimed something happened but you have video or photos proving otherwise.

  • Text Messages - If you have screenshots proving all or part of a review is fake.

  • Anything else - If you think it might help, you can easily upload it directly to your order.

To clarify: Evidence is NOT required and does not necessarily make it any easier for us to get a Yelp review deleted. This is because evidence can be manipulated and can not be cross examined so many times evidence is inadmissible.
