Simply put: We guarantee to successfully complete your order within the specified time frame or you will receive a full refund for any unsuccessful work.
45-Day Deletion
If we are unable to delete the specific fake, misleading, or unfair review you signed up & paid for within forty-five (45) days from the time of full payment, you are eligible for a refund for that review.
45-Day Disappear
If we are unable to make the specific Yelp URL listed on your order disappear from the search results for the specific guaranteed keyword(s) listed on your order within forty-five (45) days from the time of full payment, you would be eligible for a refund on that keyword.

The "fine print": A big part of the refund policy/contract to remember is that the guarantee period starts once full payment has been received.
If the guarantee period has passed, we were not successful, and you have not received a refund confirmation email – you must visit the request a refund page to manually request a refund or extend the guarantee period. This must be done within 15 days (not business days) after the end of your guarantee period. Any requests submitted more than 15 days (not business days) after the end of the guarantee period are not valid and you will not be eligible for a refund.
