This answer only applies to our "Disappear from Yelp" service.
"Claimed" Yelp Business Page
If you have "claimed" your Yelp business page, your account manager will need to obtain your login credentials. Your account manager will walk you through the quick steps to provide this information.
If your Yelp business page is "claimed" but you are unable to obtain access to it, we can still make it disappear - but an additional $5,000 fee will apply.
